The 2018-19 Open Data Inventory (ODIN) is now online with latest assessments of the coverage and openness of official data and statistics in 178 countries. The 2018-19 Annual Report summarizes results and shows that, although the median score is only 41, countries are overall improving. It also shows that, regardless of income, all countries can start, sustain and greatly benefit from an Open Data revolution.
