HLPF Side Event – Better data for better lives: An exploration of how gender-environment data are critical to achieving Agenda 2030

Join GEDA for their HLPF side event “Better data for better lives: An exploration of how gender-environment data are critical to achieving Agenda 2030” at the High-Level Political Forum on July 18.

This interactive session will focus on innovative data practices at the intersection of gender and the environment, drawing on GEDA’s diverse membership with voices from the Global South to highlight participatory data collection and intersectional data use cases for achieving the SDGs. With less than 2,000 days until 2030, this event will give space to discover how we are achieving (and still struggling to achieve) these goals, while still bringing forward alternative, grassroots, and community-focused methodologies for inclusive data collection and use.
