The Data-Pop Alliance is a non-profit "think and do tank" founded by the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative, MIT Media Lab and the Overseas Development Institute to "Change the World with Data." Open Data Watch (ODW) monitors the accessibility and comprehensiveness of official data worldwide and provides practical assistance in implementing open data policies and systems.
