57th Session – United Nations Statistical Commission (StatCom 2026)

The 57th session of the United Nations Statistical Commission (StatCom) will be held in New York from 3 to 6 March 2026. Established in 1946, the Commission is the highest body of the global statistical system, bringing together Chief Statisticians from its 24 member countries to set standards, develop methods, and guide international statistical work. Throughout the week, a range of side events will take place alongside formal discussions, featuring member countries, international organizations, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders.
