Enhancing Statistical Leadership for Heads of National Statistical Offices in Asia and the Pacific

This regional training workshop will convene around 15 heads of national statistical offices (NSOs) in Japan for an intensive peer learning and leadership development experience. As the demand for timely, high-quality data grows, NSOs are under increasing pressure to modernize and lead effectively within dynamic data ecosystems. This workshop will equip NSO leaders to drive internal, coordinate broader national statistical systems, and engage with emerging tools like artificial intelligence to meet evolving data needs and build public trust.
