Launch Webinar: From Gaps to Gains – A New E-learning Course to Support Governments in the Voluntary National Reviews

In 2025, shrinking aid budgets are putting pressure on national data systems — just when we need them most to track development, support inclusive policies, and accelerate progress on the SDGs. To help countries turn this challenge into opportunity, PARIS21, the European Commission’s Directorate-General for International Partnerships (DG INTPA), and the UN Statistics Division (UNSD) are launching a new e-learning course: From Gaps to Gains: Making VNRs Data-Driven and Inclusive.

This free course is designed for governments and national statistics offices (NSOs) to make the most of the Voluntary National Review (VNR) process — turning it into a powerful platform for smarter data collaboration, governance, and investment.
