13th UN Forum on Business and Human Rights

The 2024 UN Forum on Business and Human Rights will focus on implementing a “smart mix of measures”—national, international, voluntary, and mandatory—within the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. Participants will explore key challenges and advancements, particularly in areas such as AI, climate change, Indigenous rights, and human rights due diligence, with a focus on improving access to remedies for those affected by business activities. This multi-stakeholder platform provides a unique opportunity to assess the effectiveness of these approaches and discuss ongoing priorities in the business and human rights agenda.
